Wildflower Safari

Buck Hollow Ranch , a 2,200 acre preserve north of Pocahontas near Warm Springs, will host a Wildflower Safari on Friday, June 24th. The Ranch, located in the Ozark foothills, is home to one of Arkansas’s largest elk herds (over 150 individuals) and contains large natural areas where native plants and wildflowers are found in profusion.

The safari will be led by area wildflower experts. Guests will gather at the high fence gate off Hwy 251 at 9 am on the 24th. Lunch will be served at noon accompanied by a wildflower program including a discussion of organic pesticides and fertilizers.

Pre-registration is required, $30 a person. Contact Lara Baker to reserve your seat, [email protected] or [email protected] .
